Waters Premier Insurance began as Jim Waters Insurance, founded in 1984. Jim launched his career as a Safeco claims adjuster serving Canyon County after graduating from college in 1969. Eight years later, he joined the Bob Sample–Jim Palmer Agency, where he worked as an agent for seven years before opening his own independent agency.
For nearly 50 years, our agency has continued to grow and proudly serve the insurance needs of the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities. Though Jim has since retired, he continues to be an invaluable resource, offering ongoing guidance, consulting, and support to our team.
